This role is designed for a English graduate who will offer academic support to GCSE students within a highly regarded school in Walsall

This position would suit an energetic, enthusiastic English graduate who has achieved a 2:1 or above in their degree and previous experience supporting children in either a paid or voluntary role. The school want to meet applicants who have a high-energy manner born from their enthusiasm for teaching and a motivational approach to learning.

In this English Teaching Assistant post you will be working solely within the English department providing support to pupils who are not at the levels they should be. You will have the chance to lead individual sessions with particularly gifted or challenging pupils and help to run smaller 'booster' groups.
