ludlowthompson, an independent market leading London Lettings and Estate Agent are looking for Service Administrators to join our new & growing central services support team based in our central Apex Office, Worcester

Duties are varied, supporting the whole business so enabling the ability to gain an insight into various roles in the company offering further growth and development.

The Role

Includes the following:

Gathering Customer Service Feedback from customers,

Marketing & canvassing administration,

Health & Safety process & document management

Incoming and outgoing post & other general administration duties,

Utilities Management, Property Inspection management

General Office Management Support & Overflow Call support

If you have a desire to utilise strong communication skills and the ability to multi task this could be the perfect position for you to further develop a successful career in business administration, property lettings , management, estate agency and customer services. Previous experience of working in the industry is not required.

This role would be suitable for those having previous experience or having completed apprenticeships in Customer Services or Business Administration.

Apprenticeships are also available for this role, should you be interested we already work with apprenticeship schemes to be able to support this. Other industry specific training is also provided leading to a recognised NFOPP (ARLA) qualification.
