Job Description

Role Purpose:

To support the national channel lead in delivering regional and overall national performance.

Supporting ASM with performance management techniques, create development plans and work with agents/ASMs to implement and evaluate results.

Ensure delivery against targeted returns, provide feedback to channel lead and training teams with opportunities to improve ways of working.

Role purpose

Outcomes - TheNational Impact Manager needs to deliver:

Individual Membership targets communicated at start of year, including unit, revenue, ARPU, headcount, man days and cancellation.

KPI responsibility for unit, revenue, ARPU, productivity, headcount, man days, extras, cancellation targets and compliance/quality metrics as agreed with National Sales Managers annually.

Develop, drive and coach sales agents and area managers to ensure that they deliver agreed sales targets ensure consistent business planning meetings are conducted in each region and that improvement plans are in place where appropriate to ensure that the standards of the team are continuously raised.

Work with Recruitment Manager/National Channel Lead to ensure that all regions maintain and grow headcount targets in line with venue availability and growth targets.

Ensure products are sold in a compliant manner & coach agents/ASMs on improvements if applicable.

Site Management
Develop a framework for site rostering and rotating (if required) and then ensure consistent national implementation.

Good working knowledge of FCA and compliance procedures
