Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well established housing association to recruit an Administration Assistant to the expanding development team.
The Administration Assistant role:
- To contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the department and the successful delivery of professional customer focused services by providing a responsive and highly supportive administrative and secretarial service to the Development and Commercial Properties Teams and the Group, in the delivery of the Group’s Development Business Programme and the Commercial Properties Team’s services in line with the company’s corporate objectives and Development Strategy.
The successful candidate must:
- Be confident, able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Housing experience would be highly desirable, otherwise construction
- Extensive experience in an administrative role previously
