£130 per day
InterQuest Solutions are proud to be working with one of our key clients to support them with the recruitment of an Office Manager / Receptionist on a contract basis, working out of their Burton on Trent Head Office site.
This role is initially a contract position but does have potential to become permanent
Duties & Responsibilities
*Act as a brand ambassador and be the face of the Reception function, handling incoming calls and meeting and greeting any external visitors
*Responsible for post management
*Event organisation for internal and external events
*Act as a key point of contact for agencies and facilities functions, liaising with suppliers and negotiating any issues
*Direct liaison and support to the PAs within the business and coordinating any needs
*Managing basic invoices, processing expenses etc.
*Responsible for health and safety for the office location
*PA duties on behalf of a key Director, including diary management and travel/accommodation bookings
Skills & Experience
*Personable and forthcoming manner, not afraid to take on new responsibilities and enjoys working in a customer facing environment
*Proven administration background, previous Receptionist experience a distinct advantage and the ability to work in a process driven setting
*Excellent coordination skills and experience, able to multitask effectively
*Customer focused approach, able to work with all types of clients/colleagues and deliver a professional approach
