HR Advisor - North Birmingham
A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for one of the UK's favourite suppliers!
I am keen to engage with experienced and fully CIPD qualified HR professionals who are looking for their next career move.
My client is a unionised business, so having this exposure would be very beneficial.
Reporting in to the HR Director, the role will be a full HR generalist post with duties including:
*Advising and supporting with recruitment and selection
*Leading on all HR issues including ER, D&G, performance management, absenteeism etc
*Providing advice and guidance in work reviews and change processes
*Succession planning and staff development
*Contributing to continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and practices
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate in depth employment law knowledge, be able to interpret and implement policies and procedures, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have experience of leading and working effectively in teams.
If you have 3-5 years HR Advisory experience, are fully CIPD qualified and have engineering or manufacturing exposure, then this could be the perfect role for you!
