An established provider of social housing in the Black Country area is looking for an experienced PA to provide support to a Head of Service within the Executive Management Team

Key Duties:

• Predominantly providing support to one of the Executive Directors
• Minute taking, diary organising, travel arranging and other PA duties as per business needs
• Co-ordinating and distributing Senior Management Team reports and attending meetings to provide action notes
• Liaising with the HR team and providing editorial support to newsletters and reports

Key Criteria:

• PA and/or secretarial experience to Senior Executives is essential
• Secretarial or PA experience within social housing is highly advantageous
• Experience of senior administration and office manager experience is a great advantage
