Field Based to cover the North of Birmingham

Competitive Salary - Uncapped Commission.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to work for a UK market leading commercial cub contractor operating within the construction industry.

You will be selling tailored services within the contractor market. This is an opportunity to develop your career, knowledge and experience whilst maximising your earning potential with an exceptional commission structure.

The Role:

The role of a Business Development Manager requires the ability to drive new business revenues through the acquisition and servicing of new customers in need of Contractor Services. You will complete the full sales cycle, starting by generating your own leads and succeed in converting these into sales. You will need the ability to communicate with key decision makers, within the construction industry to ensure you are meeting the client's needs. Whilst selling the bespoke service to new business clients, you need to also ensure you are able to retain existing clients and maintain profitable growth.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the construction or contracting market. You must have outstanding rapport building skills as you must be confident and able to build relationships to ensure that you reach your targets. You will be financially driven to ensure that all targets are exceeded, and will be keen and eager to aid the company in its growth and success. The position requires excellent account management skills as well as skills for the whole sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure to ensuring that clients feel they are getting what they signed-up for

The Package

You will receive a basic salary between £30k to £35K plus an OTE of £70,000 (Uncapped) including benefits such as the opportunity to develop and grow your experience, knowledge and career all whilst reaping the financial rewards from a tremendous commission structure.

Previous experience will include : BDM, Business Development Manager. Field Sales, Business Development. b2b sales.
