The Business Development Manager role offers an ambitious candidate the chance to climb the ladder within a market leading company. THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager you will initially report directly to the board members. You will be responsible for developing existing relationships and new business prospects selling automatic fire suppression solutions to a wide range of end users and OEMs. The Business Development Manager will look after the whole sales cycle from cradle to grave ensuring the customer receives a high level of service and their needs are met accordingly.

THE PERSON: To be considered for the Business Development Manager role you will have a proven track record of delivering sales. Whilst experience of the products and market would be advantageous it is by no means essential. It is vital however that you possess the aptitude and capability to take on board technical information. You will be dealing with both technical and commercially focussed decision makers and decision influencers during the multi-level sales process which can be up to 12 months long.

They are looking to grow this particular business sector and need equally ambitious and competent sales people to support their strategy.

  • Basic Salary: up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: £15,000 OTE year 1

LOCATION: The position of Business Development Manager covers the UK however ideally the candidate will live centrally.
