I am recruiting on behalf of a leading supplier of commercial wall and floor tiles based in Tysley for an Operations Co-Ordinator.

Key responsibilities of your role include:

-To liaise with customers and suppliers by telephone, fax and e-mail
-Ensure accurate placement of orders with manufacturers and suppliers
-Arrange cost effective international transportation of orders to the UK
-Acknowledge ongoing status of order to customers
-Assist with booking in of incoming orders and stock to the Sage stock systemLiaise with credit control regarding new accounts, account limits etc


The successful candidate will have 2+ years in Operations/Transport/Logistic role (admin/coordinator roles not transport managers etc)
Experience with international transportation would be a HUGE BONUS
You need to have knowledge of Sage 200 and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

In addition to this you must have excellent numerical skills, be quick thinking, have a passion for problem solving and think outside the box!

Salary offered: £19,000- £20,000 per annum FREE PARKING ON SITE
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (16:30 Discretionary finish on a Friday)
Business / smart attire Mon-Fri, Dress down Fridays
21 days annual leave plus bank holidays - rising after 1, 4, 6 and 10 years' service
