The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Field Sales Manager to manage a team of around 14 reports, who sell asphalt, aggregates and concrete into contractors, structural engineers and builders merchants. Your role involves full responsibility on defining business plans and driving performance, setting and implementing KPIs with your team. Full in-house company and product training is provided for the successful Field Sales Manager.

  • Strong field sales skills
  • A track record of managing a field sales team in the construction industry
  • A structured and strategic approach, process-driven Sales Managers are sought
  • A proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams is essential
