Role- HR Administrator

Hours- Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:00pm

Salary- £10.00ph-£11.00ph

Location- Coventry

We are currently recruiting for a polished, articulate and well presented individual to undertake the role of a Temporary HR Administrator. Your responsibilities will be, but not be limited to:

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Starter and leaver amendment forms dealt with/ recorded as appropriate and passed to Payroll
  • Acknowledge all resignation letter and pass information to payroll for processing
  • General letter writing and communications, filing, updating/ setting up spreadsheets, scanning and responding to emails in the HR inbox and running reports
  • Plan your time and deliver in your job role to ensure deadlines are met
