CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!! BASED IN WARWICK UPTO £28,000 PER ANNUM DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

My client is a well known National/International award winning business, due to expansion they are now looking for a Customer Service Team Leader on a permanent basis. The role is brand new and they are looking for an experienced people manager who can lead from the front, previous management experience is essential as is an enthusiastic approach. The successful applicant will engage in all work activities and will support customer expectations as well as colleagues, day to day leadership of the Customer Support Department and oversee the input of customer orders and resolution of customer service issues. [ The role ]

- Managing the day to day processes within the Customer Support Department (including order processing, enquiries and discrepancies)
- Preparation of monthly KPI's for the department, preparing of daily/weekly customer reports
- Day to day management of the Customer Support department to include 121's
- Ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Management of freight invoicing
- Assist in Finance debt collection
- Management of order book as necessary
- Ensure that the department provides at all times the highest level of customer service meeting the customer expectations or requirements whenever possible
- Implementation of efficiency projects within the Customer Support area and support the rest of the business
- Develop relationships with key customers - identify inefficiencies, hold list management, managing customer expectations and requirements

[ Person and skills required ]

- Good working knowledge of SAP desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and consistently under pressure
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Enthusiastic positive and influential getting the best out of people
- Previous experience from a logistics/product manufacturing environment desirable
