Customer Success Analyst - Education Sector - Homebased
We are currently searching for a Customer Success Analyst to join a fast growing education technology business.
You will be an intelligent and personable individual with a passionate belief that technology can change education for the better. Your background will either be in IT and/or education. Your role will be as of first point of contact for customers, helping them to use and configure the platform, as part of a collaborative and fast-moving team.
Our customers will depend on you to guide them on making the most of the system and to manage their ad hoc queries and to translate their ideas for enhancements into tickets for our Product team.
A preliminary list of responsibilities includes:
- Become an expert in the use of the system on desktop and mobile devices.
- Be the first point of contact for schools, quickly resolving their most pressing queries
- Listen to our customers and translate daily challenges and queries into product and process improvement tickets.
- Work with clients via email, telephone, Google Hangout and other platforms
- Full fluency in English is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Technology or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in client services, project management or technology roles
- Experience in education will be looked on favorably
