After Sales Coordinator
The Office Support Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator for their client based in Castle Donington. The client offer on site parking, modern offices and a brilliant working environment.
The After Sales Coordinator will work closely with customers to deliver a high level of customer service after the sales process has carried out. The successful candidate will assist in the sales process of the product including liaising with the sales team, customers and the distributor. The candidate will also be involved inputting customer orders through Sage and a bespoke system, dealing with customer enquiries, receiving of orders, inputting of customer information and confirmation of all orders to customers.
The After Sales Coordinator will come from a similar Sales Administration role, have strong customer service skills, have strong administration skills and have a strong work ethic.
