Claims Administrator £16,000 - £17,000 Minworth Full Time Permanent
Our client, a successful and expanding company based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator.
These roles are based on expansion within the company.
Duties to include but are not limited to:
• Administrating various types of paperwork
• Taking inbound calls
• Liaising with customers
• Dealing with customers queries
• Handling complaints
• Updating database with accurate information
• Strong customer service / administration skills
• IT literate
Monday - Friday - 37.5 per week
£ 16,000 - £ 17,000
