Your new role
The HR Manager will provide a comprehensive HR service to managers including the implementing policies & procedures, managing employee relations and supporting recruitment & talent management campaigns. The HR Manager will support the leadership team through the development of people plans to support business objectives, coaching on best practice, driving performance management and leading change programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful HR Manager will have worked as a HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor ideally with the education sector. Experience of managing complex employee relations and leading change management is essential. Candidates should be qualified to CIPD Level 5 as a minimum
