ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide administration and sales support to the Telesales team
SKILLS & QUALITIES REQUIRED·Administration or sales experience ideally in a complex technical environment·Lead generation experience·Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products·High organisational skills with the ability to manage several responsibilities at the same time·Ability to prioritise own workload·Strong communication skills, oral and written·Detail-oriented·They must enjoy working as part of a team but be able to work efficiently and with initiative on their own. ·Must be enthusiastic, energetic, hard-working, with a can-do attitude
Sales Support Function·Processing and administration duties for Direct Telesales and Website generated orders·Mock-up of proofs and control of the proof approval process between Studio and the Customer to provide proceedablework to the production departments·Supporting the sales forms with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.·Generating lead activities including making phone calls, managing email campaigns and software in order to generate leads for the sales team. ·Manage and carry out specific lead generation campaigns as and when required·Communicating internally important feedback from customers. ·Dealing with and responding to a high volume of emails.·Review, support and assist to manage customer base·Ability to learn company product lines and their manufacturing process·Communicate with various internal departments with a detailed understanding of the products·Accurately maintain customer database and CRM·Sales function for older lapsed customers·Forward samples by entering requests, arranging shipment and notifying customer. ·Capable of effectively managing numerous responsibilities in a timely manner in a fast paced environment.·Provide cover for the sales team as and when required.
