Registered Nurse Days or Nights RGN / RMN

Hours - Full Time 38.5 Days or Nights

Part Time any number of nights available but must be fully flexible

Pay - £15.50 days to £16.00 Nights




Job Role:

To be a supportive member of the senior team, providing supervision and developing colleagues to their maximum. Plan, deliver and evaluate a high personalised standard of nursing care which meets the individual needs of residents. To ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity and that individual's rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.

Criteria for a successful Candidate:
We are seeking nurses who ideally have previous nursing home experience, although this is not essential

Essential :

  • Valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Practice knowledge of care planning for residents with complex needs
  • Team player Leadership qualities, ability to take charge of the day to day running of the shift
