How do you fancy working for one of the world's largest specialist travel groups? We have an opening for a Senior SEO and Content Executive to join a large, yet close-knit, marketing team.

The role

Established over a century ago this organisation, which specialises in travel across the UK and overseas, has maintained a superb reputation within the industry, and their not-for-profit status has allowed them to invest back into the organisation considerably, resulting in a bustling marketing team. Due to their increased growth they are looking to add a Senior SEO and Content Executive to the team, someone who can effectively plan, implement, analyse, and report on all content and SEO activities across the business, and ensure that all activities meet business requirements. As soon as you step into the role you'll be integral in enhancing the overall user experience, which means creating new digital content, ensuring existing content is fully optimised, ensuring that the website is up to date, relevant and accurate, whilst also monitoring and measuring the success of web content using various analytics tools. You will also be running the split testing programme through the generation of ideas, prioritisation, QA testing, and analysis, and through presentations, you will often find yourself reporting to senior management on your SEO findings.

What we're looking for

It goes without saying that you should have considerable SEO and content experience, and it's essential that you have experience of writing and optimising digital content which has including split testing and analysis. Although the role focuses heavily on creating and optimising content, it's not just about being an excellent writer, as you should have an in-depth understanding of the techniques behind SEO and conversion and must be able to know how to achieve good google rankings like that back of your hand! Analysis must be within your comfort zone, so it's integral that you have a sound knowledge of user journey analysis, conversion optimisation, and content generation. It would also be ideal if you had a basic understanding of web design and development, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

What's on offer?

This is a truly wonderful opportunity to join a cutting edge company, who enjoy the best facilities and are keen to stay up to date with the latest technologies! They're offering a salary of around £28,000 to £31,000, a generous holiday package, and stacks of free parking! If you'd like more information on the role, please don't hesitate to contact Debra on 0121 355 0955, or if you're eager to apply send your CV to us via the link!
