We have an exciting opportunity for an extremely organised Coordinator to join our client, a 4 star Country House Hotel.
If you thrive on managing the planning of events from start to finish to ensure customers have a positive experience this could be the position you have been waiting for.
This is a vital role for the hotels current development plan and the successful candidate will be key in ensuring this aspect of their service is promoted.
Your Duties Include:
Assisting & promote exclusive weddings and events for the hotel
Coordinating weddings for the hotel including finance and quality
Monitor and generate customer feedback to develop future customer base
Developing wedding product knowledge to ensure the business is competitive in the market place
Ensuring smooth communication between customer and all key stakeholders in the hotel
Supplier approval and management
Whilst our client is open to experience levels, the following skills would be essential for this role:
- Knowledge of hotel environment
- Knowledge of wedding industry
- Experience in hotel management role
- Excellent communication and organsational skills
- Strong negotiation and decision making skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Thrives on attention to detail
