Are you looking for a rewarding and exciting opportunity to become a Children's Support Worker in the Wolverhampton area of West Midlands? Do you want to finish your working day knowing you have encouraged the children and young people you support to achieve their goals and aspirations?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading provider of therapeutic residential support for individuals aged 10 - 17 with complex needs. They offer safety and stability to all when they have nowhere else to turn.

As a Children's Support Worker, you will go the extra mile for each individual. You will be supporting them through all aspects of daily and educational life, including:

- Attending to their physical and emotional needs, through therapeutic support
- Involving them in all decisions that affect them, encouraging independence
- Supporting them through college or school
- Encouraging them to partake in social activities and pursue hobbies
- Offer ongoing support and enable them rather than doing

You will alsoshow resilience, dedication to effectively support each individual through the good and the bad. You will have the passion to make every day count to boost positive outcomes for all. You must also hold one of the following:

- NVQ Caring for Children and Young People Level 3
- Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care - Children and Young People
- Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce: Social Care Pathway
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England)
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care - Children and Young People for Wales and NI

What are the pay rates, hours and benefits?

- £17,675 - £19,675, plus £28.00 per sleep in
- Hours: 2 shifts on 8am - 11pm + sleep over then 4 days off (includes weekends on a rolling rota)
