Purpose of the role Reporting directly to the Property Portfolio Director, this role is the face of the business, being the first point of contact for potential tenants and ongoing liaison for existing tenants; successfully marketing and letting the portfolio and doing a fantastic job of looking after the students during their time. Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, required to work occasional weekends during September and October.
Experience in a customer service role both face to face and over the telephone Experience of composing letters and emails to customers Desirable Experience within a lettings agency/property management in a front line and/or sales role Experience of the student market. Experience of university life Sale and marketing experience Office experience Project management Key Skills Sales and marketing skills including using internet and social media Proven excellent customer service skills Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Good administrative skills, including maths and English, with attention to detail Good level of knowledge of MS Office and Apple devices such as Iphone
