Well known and highly regarded Luxury Hotel Group, is looking for a motivated, career driven Restaurant and Bar Manager with fantastic customer service skills, and personality for it's stunning property in Warwickshire! The Person

You will be experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager and be looking to enhance your career further with an award winning Hotel Group and multi award winning Bar and Restaurant. As can be expected you will have a keen eye for high standards and detail, but most of all you will have the verve, passion, and personality to excel in a high profile customer facing role.

Required Experience

This is a Hotel Group that operates to the highest standards at every level,with impeccably high standards of service and strong attention to detail are essential. You will have previous experience in a similar role in a minimum 4 Star Hotel and 2 Rosette Restaurant. You will be able to demonstrate your leadership skills in a high quality food and beverage operation. You must have a very good wine knowledge, as well as quality, fresh food in a fine dining environment.You will provide strong positive input into menu development and promoting sales. You will know all about rota and labour management, administration, finance reporting, forecasting, and relevant health & safety legislation.
