Contracts Manager - Roofing and Cladding
Due to expansion, Kingscroft are looking for an experienced contracts manager specialising in roofing and cladding works. My client, based in the Dudley area, offers a great salary of 45k P/A with a great benefit package including a company car and mobile phone. This role would suit a candidate with a motivated and experienced contracts manager who has a strong background with all cladding systems.
The successful candidate will be working and reporting to the contracts director and would have the responsibility for preparing RAMS, lifting plans etc. Along with this there is a support team consisting of estimators, site supervisors and office admin staff who are responsible for organising transport and deliveries for sites along with raising and administrating all necessary paperwork.
My clients business typically works within the West Midlands area, but on occasion they may have sites which require a few hours travel from the office.
Ideally my client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to join their operational team and will be required to have a strong background in roofing and cladding, along with being able to manage 4 - 5 projects at any one time. Typical project values for my client can range from £20k up to £750k and can be multiple site teams. All projects are working with blue chip main contractors on Schools, Hospitals & Industrial projects.
The right candidate will be; working autonomously, prioritizing their own workload & keeping up-to-date with weekly production meetings as well as management of sites and client management. Relevant site qualifications needed for this role are:

Part of the financial package would be a suitable vehicle, computers, tablets, mobile phones, the company is currently putting in place a pension scheme which begins in 2017.
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate but currently the salary structure is £45k P/A, with salary reviews take place at the end of January each year
Holidays are 35 days per year with only statutory day and bank holidays set leaving around 22 floating days. If any current holidays have already been arranged prior to starting the role, my client would have no issues in honouring these.
Working hours for the role are Monday -Thursday 9am-5pm Friday 8.00am-4.00pm however you would obviously be working the required hours to suit your workload within reason, should you have to work on a weekend that would be classed as overtime but this is extremely rare.
