Payroll and Accounts Assistant

We are recruiting for Payroll and Accounts assistant in the West Bromwich area.

As a Payroll and Accounts assistant you will need to have:

  • Experience of using Sage 200
  • Maths and English GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent
  • Experience of deal with salaried and weekly payroll
  • Good verbal and written skills

Details:

  • Salary: £20k-£21k per annum
  • Hours : Mon- Fri 8:30-16:00 or 10:00-15:00 (Part-time or full time role available)
  • Location: West Bromwich
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of a Payroll and Accounts assistant:

  • Deal with payroll for 33 staff (Salaried and weekly pay)
  • Credit control
  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit notes
  • Holiday reporting
