Due to expansion, Kingscroft are looking for an experienced Cladding Supervisor to join my client`s operational team. Based in the Dudley area, my client are offering a great salary of 35k P/A with a great benefit package including a company car and also other benefits. This role would suit a candidate with a motivated and experienced Cladding Supervisor who has a strong background with all cladding systems.

The successful candidate would be working directly with the contracts director who would have the responsibility for preparing RAMS, lifting plans etc. Along with this there is a support team of office admin staff who are responsible for organising transport and deliveries for sites along with raising and administrating all necessary paperwork. Candidates will need a strong background in all cladding systems such as composite, built up, single ply, rain screen etc. however where necessary system training would be provided.

Ideally my client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cladding supervisor to join their operational team and will be required to manage 4 - 5 projects at any one time. Typical project values for my client can range from £20k up to £750k and can be multiple site teams. All projects are working with blue chip main contractors on Schools, Hospitals & Industrial projects.
The right candidate will be; working autonomously, managing your own workload & keeping up-to-date with weekly production meetings as well as management of sites and client management. Relevant site qualifications needed for this role are:

  • CSCS
  • SMSTS

All other courses training will be provided by my client.

Current salary level of £35k per year, with a review at the end of January each year. Part of the financial package would be a suitable vehicle, computer, tablet, mobile phone, my client are also putting in place a pension scheme which begins in 2017.

Holidays are 35 days per year with only statutory day and bank holidays set leaving around 22 floating days, the reason behind this is simple as certain team members have children and like to tag on this dates for school holidays where as others like to avoid school holidays so it permits a flexible approach Any current holidays that you have arranged, my client has no issues honouring.

Working hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm however you would obviously be working the required hours to suit our sites within reason , should the candidate work on a weekend that would be classed as overtime but this is extremely rare.
This role has excellent prospects for advancement and good supporting team members allowing a more balanced work life situation.
