I am actively recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator on a 7 month FTC with the view to start ASAP

Client Details

My client is a manufacturing company based in Warwick

Description

Your role as a Sales Support Coordinator will include:

  • Converting quotations generated in SAP to contracts
  • Ensuring all data on the system is accurate and correct
  • Analysing contract spends, producing data to show what has been purchased
  • Ensuring all quotations and contract support
  • Data analysis to support product management
  • Adhoc administrative duties

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Has a clear and fluent voice, with a confident telephone manner
  • Be a good listener and able to communicate effectively in a team
  • Will go above and beyond for the customer, finding ways in which they can improve the levels of service
  • Be confident in using CRM systems ideally SAP
  • Be confident in their excel skills, able to input data effectively, confident in using v look ups and pivot tables
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Have previously worked within a Manufacturing and Production industry

Job Offer

£18-23,000

7 month FTC
