VR Access Solutions Ltd is a well established business for Hire and Sales of scaffolding systems and products. The company currently has 2 branches and 12 employees, and requires an experienced full-time bookkeeping assistant in Yardley Birmingham office which is located by A45 coventry road with very convenient transport options. We have very friendly and welcoming working enviroment, and working hours are 9am to 4:30pm.
Experience on Sage accounting software is required!
Job duties include:
1. Using Sage to generate sales orders/delivery notes/purchase orders, and customer invoicing, to monitor customers account and do debt chasing, to check supplier invoices and update ledgers; to regularly check stock and do system stock take.
2. Communicating with customers for updating sales order status, with suppliers for purchase order status and with logistic company to arrange order deliveries.
3. Documents Filing, requires employee to file company documents correctly in order.
4. Work and cooperate with other colleagues to fulfil other customers and suppliers needs in the scope of work.
Candidates need to have Sage Experience, good communication skills, basic Microsoft word and excel skills and past office-work experience. Also require the employee to be easy going, hard working, working with responsibilities, willing to learn new skills.
Candidates with knowledge of scaffolding system and products, will be preferred but not a must-have requirement. No specific requirements for academic education level. The job offers Anual wage and 28 days’ (including bank holidays) paid annual leave per year.
