Job Description:

Arden Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator role. You will be the first point of call for all customers and will be responsible for;

  • Answering the telephone for customer queries.
  • Responding to customer emails.
  • Offering great customer service and advice to customers at all times.
  • Dealing with all areas of customer service in a professional manner and looking presentable at all times.
  • Other necessary duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this Customer Service Administrator role you will need to;

  • Have customer service experience and excellent listening and written skills.
  • Able to provide great customer service both over the telephone and face to face.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work confidently as part of a team and flexible in your job role.
  • Be available to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
