Car Showroom Host
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to work as a Showroom Host to meet and greet visitors in a prestigious, award winning, independent car dealership in Leamington Spa.
Full training will be given but suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience in delivering a first class customer service experience in a customer facing role e.g. Customer Service Agent, Cabin Crew, Receptionist, Promotions and Events or Hospitality.
Hours of work are 8.30am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday.
The role will involve:
- Greeting customers on arrival at the showroom, making them feel welcome and at ease
- Locating the appropriate member of staff to assist the customer
- Managing a busy appointment diary
- Ensuring the showroom is kept neat and tidy
- Offering refreshments to visitors
- Ensuring customers are being attended to
- Delivering a first class customer experience
