Bookkeeper - Part Time
Our client is an established Manufacturing firm that is located near Nuneaton.
They are looking to add a part time bookkeeper to their growing team.
This role would be require to work 24 hours over 3 days (hours are flexible).
The main duties of the role will include:
- Manage the Purchase ledger
- Manage sales ledger
- Ensure that payments to suppliers are made promptly
- Bank reconciliation
- Vat returns
- Review job costings
- Produce financial reports
- Control costs and overheads
- Produce weekly and monthly payroll
The successful candidate will require:
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate Excel user
- Experience with Sage 50
Salary between £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (full time equivalent)
24 hours per week/ flexible days and hours
