Inbound Customer Service Advisor
First Personnel have a great opportunity for an experienced inbound Customer Advisor to work on a temp to perm basis. My client is undergoing great growth and looking to recruit a number of experienced advisors.
Working in a busy and fast paced environment, The Inbound Customer Advisor will be taking a number of calls and providing world class customer service. You will be going above and beyond for each customer ensuring they go away happy and satisfied. You must be computer literate and you will be updating accounts and records as well as basic understanding of Microsoft word and excel.
To be considered for this role you must have the following
- Minimum of 3 years call centre experience
- 5 years customer service either face to face or via telephone
- Computer literate
- Understanding of travel or insurance would be an advantage
The hours of work will vary and you could potentially be working a shift pattern. The salary for the customer advisor role would be between £15,000-£18,000 depending on experience.
