Sous Chef - Up to £25k Tips - Food Led Pub - Near Studley
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at one of the most recognised food led pubs within the area. You would be working with the established team lead by the Head Chef. You would be encouraged to input your ideas into the daily running's of the kitchen as long as they promote growth in the whole team. The food is all fresh, in-house made and all ingredients are sourced from small independent local suppliers, which for any passionate chef, is what it's all about these days. The menu varies from traditional pub classics to restaurant style dishes on the specials menu which is changed daily.
- Applicant should be enthusiastic and hard working
- Have a proven track record within the industry with at least two references that can be checked
- experience working at Sous Chef level or above in a fresh food, high volume kitchen for a minimum of two years.
The salary for this role will be up to £25,000 per annum with a share of the tips that rarely go below £50 a week and can be as much as £100 sometimes more in the busy periods. You will work around 45-50 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
