Job Summary
Assist with the smooth running of the Pharmacy Support office on a day-to-day basis. The post holder takes responsibility for general typing and administration, invoices, post and filing, record keeping and compiling various reports, presentations and statistics as required.

However, occasionally situations may arise that require the post holder to perform other duties or tasks as may be reasonably requested by the client.

Key Responsibilities
The post holder shall:
*Ensure typing duties are carried out proficiently and by deadline given.
*Ensure Board reports and PowerPoint presentations are produced to a high standard and by the required deadline as and when required.
*Produce Sales figures (flash and sales reports) as and when required.
*Arrange and organise meetings, and appropriate venues and catering as and when required.
*Compile weekly Newsletters and ensure timely distribution.
*Answer the telephone in a professional and timely manner, passing calls through to appropriate colleagues or taking messages in their absence.
*Rebate Splits.
*Ensure that deadlines for flash figures/time sheets/cash statements and other deadlines are met.
*Keep Counterpart administration up to date.
*Update personnel/training records on spread sheet.
*Obtain management information and reports from business objects as and when required.
*Raise marketing invoices as and when required and monitor incoming invoices on database.
*Raise cheque requests as and when required.
*Produce league tables from information provided for the company magazine.
*Contribute articles to The quarterly magazine.
*Distribute PPA statements and input payments made onto PCT payments spread sheet.
*Assist with reviewing internal processes.
*Do Board Report (as and when required).
*Collate monthly script returns by deadline and input claims onto PCT spread sheet and learning hours.
*Work to agreed time scales and when they cannot be met to keep line manager informed.
*Support Operations Team with ad-hoc tasks.
*Deal with incoming and outgoing mail.
*Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work.
*In addition, all employees are expected to work within the terms of their contract of employment and adhere to policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile
Post holder must be able to display excellent client service skills and work must be accurate. Post holder will need to be organised, able to work under minimal Supervision and be trustworthy and honest. Good communications skills are also essential.
Post holder must be computer literate and be able to complete form in full and construct letters.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 3pm (32.5 hours per week)
