Based in Staffordshire, our client is a registered charity in the UK.

They are looking for a dynamic individual to lead and manage the fiance function of the organization and the subsidiary companies, whilst delivering effective and efficient financial services to the organization.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the performance of the finance function to ensure the effective delivery of the required services.
- Prepare, maintain and ensure implementation of regular reviews of finance policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial model lung for tenders and new business proposals
- On a monthly basis, prepare profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, balance sheets and other various operational reports
- On an annual basis, prepare an annual budget for the forthcoming 12 months and the annual audit accounts for presentation to the Trustees at the AGM.

What the ideal candidate should have:

- CIMA or ACCA or ACA Qualified Accountant
- Ideally 5 years or more post qualification expedience
- Exposure of managing the audit process

Desirable criteria:
- Experience in a Not for Profit / Charitable environment
- Proven track record of achieving desired outcomes and a demonstrated ability to exceed targets
- Maybe required to travel to internationally once a year
