An exceptional and experienced finance company looking for a new administrator to join the stable team, in support of two IFA's.
Your new role
The opportunity involves working within a supportive and friendly team. This role involves working in support of 2 IFA's. In your new role you will be completing tasks such as dealing with applications for life assurance, investments and pensions whilst checking accuracy, setting up cases and uploading documents, provide assistance to IFA's with O&M Profiler and Synaptic Comparator. In addition to this you will be liaising with clients and insurers when required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a co-operative team player, whilst being flexible and adaptable to work effectively in different situations. You will also need the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with a desire to get things done and meet challenging goals. You will need the ability to analyse situations, diagnose problems, identify key issues and establish an effective and logical course of action. You will need excellent skills on Microsoft systems, experience with O&M Profiler and Synaptic Comparator.
