Customer Service Team Leader
An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join this ambitious manufacturing company in Warwick! I am looking for a people focused, People Manager. You will pride yourself on your ability to lead and motivate a team, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
My client is a global, ambitious, cutting edge manufacturing firm with an impressive head office in Warwick.
As the Customer Service Team Leader your core remit will be leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead from the front in terms of the development of product knowledge, and ensure a seamless customer journey from start to finish. The team will be responsible for the processing of all orders, tracking orders through to delivery and liaising with the business support team to identify any stock issues etc. The customer service department is extremely busy and fast-paced, so managing the busy workload will be a top priority.
The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Team Leader MUST:
- Be confident in leading, motivating and developing a team
- Communicate effectively at all levels on a B2B and B2C basis
- Deliver a first class customer journey at all times
- Have worked in a manufacturing and production environment previously, ideally with some knowledge of Kitchen/ Bathroom supplies and accessories
£24,000 - £28,000 + benefits (full package tbc)
