I am currently recruiting an HR Manager for a great Manufacturing business based in Coventry. This role is joining a growing and expanding business looking to really make their mark in the manufacturing industry across the UK and internationally.
As HR Manager you will be fully responsible for all HR function on site. I am therefore looking for a practical HR Manager, with a real passion for the operational and 'doing' side of HR. You will be looking after all HR duties such as employee relations issues including all disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters, any policy and procedure update, performance management, recruitment and selection, as well as coaching and developing line managers to become more efficient and effective.
You will be working closely with the HR Director on delivery of HR Strategy and organisational structure as well as members of site senior management to ensure all operational needs of the business are running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD (part) qualified, have good experience within an HR role in a manufacturing environment and be confident working autonomously.
