We are looking for Support Agents to join our New Connections department based in Westwood, Coventry New Connections Support Agents New Connections Support Agent

Salary: £15,927.00 - £19,781.00, Coventry

Our New Connections business services customers through their new connections journey; from the initial registration and installing of meters, right through to billing, ensuring that the process runs smoothly and compliantly for both developers and new customers.

Right now, we are looking for motivated, customer focussed Support Agents to join our friendly and supportive team, assisting our customers through their end to end journey. In this varied, fast paced role, you’ll have responsibility for prioritising your daily workload, which can be anything from managing inbound and outbound calls and email demand, to working with developers and customers in identifying opportunities that add value and improve our customer experience.

In the background, you will be working on various elements of the new connections process; from registration of new contracts and arranging meter fittings, all the way through to final bill and payment. Therefore, your ability to build strong relationships with our customers, developers and managers in the field will be key to your success.

•Good organisation skills with the ability to manage own workload.
•Attention to detail and accuracy.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft PC applications(Outlook, Excel).
•Flexible approach to working hours.
