Timber Support Manager – Saint Gobain Building Distribution - Midlands


What will I be doing in the role?

Support the Timber Specialist Branches (TSBs) to ensure core elements of the ‘specialism’ are maintained and enhanced

Supportthe implementation of the Category projects as required

Work with your line manager to assist operational managers with the monitoring of stock qualityand provide support to resolve any issues which may arise between operations and suppliers.

Merchandising – support with the engagement of key suppliers to support all aspects of the role (training, stock, POS etc)

You will need a full UK driving license as you will be required to cover the midlands of the UK and travel to our branches

Previous training experience would be advantageous

Must be a self - starter with the ability to work to deadlines

You must be accurately and timely

A team player

Good business knowledge with an understanding of the workings of other functions (Would be advantageous)
