Hays are currently recruiting for a Not For Profit Organisation, based in the Stoke-on-Trent area. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Technical/Facilities and Administration coordinator / Manager on a temporary to permanent basis.
This vacancy will be working on a shift basis, with the shifts being either 8 - 4.30pm or 12.30pm- 9pm. As this will be working on a shift pattern, covering 7 days a week, candidates must be flexible to work weekends.
Your new role
The purpose of the role is to provide effective management of the Housing Management and Administration functioned within Residential services. Main aspects of the role will include:
- Front of House and Administrative Services
- Health & Safety of the various sites
- Domestic Services & Repairs, ensuring all repairs are logged and resolved using internal staff or through external contractors
- Cost Control and budgeting
What you'll need to succeed
Whilst is is not essential to have a recognised FM qualification, experience working in a technical and managerial role would be advantageous and overseeing a team of people. Strong organisational and man management skills are a must.
