YOUR CAREER: The role as Sales Manager is a great opportunity to work for a market leading, cable solutions company. THE ROLE: Our client manufactures a range of sealing cable solutions for the Nuclear and Process industry. As Sales Manager, this is a standalone sales role selling these products mainly through specification with both Main Contractors and EPC's, directly to OEM's and back selling through distribution. The role of Sales Manager is to focus on both existing relationships and win new business within the emerging nuclear marketplace.
THE PERSON: Our client has put in place an intense product training programme to get you up to speed with the company, role and solutions on offer. They are looking for someone who has the ability to take on a technical product/solution, converse with engineers and discuss commercials with procurement level contacts. Whilst you will be predominantly selling at regional/head office level you will also be expected to go onto site and liaise with multiple points of contacts. If you have sold via a similar route to market this will be advantageous.

THE PACKAGE FOR SALES ENGINEER:
- Salary: £45,000
- Bonus: 10K(uncapped)
- Benefits: Pension, Laptop, Mobile, 22 days holiday + Stats + Full Benefits
Location: The position of Sales Manager is a national role that is home based, however, you will be expected to stay away 1 or 2 nights away per week.
