An innovative and forward thinking Social care provider that specialise in looking after adults with Learning difficulties and complex needs. This is an independent provider with two homes one with 7 beds and the other with 6 beds, the company really focuses on providing person centred and outcome focused care.
Your new role
This job is to work as the Registered manager of one of the homes on a full time basis, Monday through to Friday. You will be ultimately responsible for the safe and effective running of the home, staff management, recruitment, budget management, referrals and CQC compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to hold and NVQ level 5 in Health and Social care, RMA or equivalent, a full driving licence and experience of managing a residential service for Learning difficulties. You may also be an aspiring Deputy who is looking for a step up and wanting to move into a Registered manager position.
