About the company

Our client is a Multi-Disciplined property consultant, surveyor and estate agents founded in 1855.

As the Administrator you will be responsible for providing the office with highly organised and efficient administration. Having excellent typing skills is essential with full attention to detail as well as a good telephone manner is essential

The duties of the Administrator:

  • Typing of reports / valuations / Letters
  • Maintaining records / files
  • Taking minutes
  • Client portal updates -uploading and downloading documents to/from portal
  • Administration assistance with Tenders, pulling together Company information/CV's
  • Assist with KPI deadlines
  • Reporting to Clients
  • Maintaining current and archived file registers
  • Arranging internal meetings as required required
  • Managing appointments/calendars as required
  • Other duties as required
