Job description:

OVERVIEW
Our European Marketing team currently have an opportunity for a talented and ambitious Marketing assistant. Working in a fast paced environment the Marketing Assistant will be supporting the central Marketing team, responsible for the creation and maintenance of marketing literature ensuring these are updated in line with marketing guidelines and updates.

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Tech sheet creation
*Other literature creation such as case studies and broad sheets
*Transformation and updates of old literature into new brand style
*Communication of activities to regional marketing managers
*Manage translation requirements
*Support online activities

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE
*Prior experience working in an office environment
*Working knowledge of PowerPoint essential
*Basic understanding of internet CMS systems favourable

SKILLS
*Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
*High attention to detail

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
*Qualifications in English and or Marketing.
*Degree or further education qualifications desirable

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment with the ability to prioritise and manage their own work load ensuring deadlines are met. They will also have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. This role would be suitable for a marketing graduate with some years of experience in an office environment ideally with some marketing exposure.
