A fantastic business near Aston is seeking a Quality Administrator to ensure all products have the correct certification and that data is maintained and updated accurately. Your role will be to promote improvement and performance throughout the organisation!

This busy and hands-on opportunity will primarily involve:

  • Tracing all documents for products

  • Maintaining the control processes and carrying out checks

  • Resolving discrepancies with administration and investigating issues

  • Producing reports and analysis when required

  • Processing audits and liaising with individuals to ensure compliance is adhered to

  • Contribution to training needs when necessary

  • Build upon communication with external and internal customers

  • Ad hoc duties as required

The successful individual will have excellent attention to detail, be able to deal with customers professionally and show confidence in using systems/MS Office.

The following skills and attributes are desirable:

  • Strong administration skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Quick learner who enjoys processes and variation

  • Previous quality admin/control exposure would be preferable, but not essential

  • Previous exposure to a manufacturing environment preferable, but not essential

You must be immediately available and willing to work temporarily for 2 months! There could be longer-term opportunities for the right individual.
