A well known company based in Derby are looking to appoint a part time receptionist on a permanent basis. This company is a forward thinking, friendly company who are looking for somebody to join their team.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for manning a busy reception area. This includes answering telephones in a timely and professional manner, greeting and signing in visitors, post duties, ensuring the up keep of meeting rooms, some adhoc general administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within a reception capacity. You should be able to prioritise your work load, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely fashion. You should be a friendly and approachable member of the team, with the ability to deliver good customer service over the telephone and face to face
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary, along with standard office working hours between Monday - Friday.
