We are currently recruiting for an accounts assistant in the Bromsgrove area.
This position is a full time, temporary to permanent position. Duties include:
  • Sales and purchase inputs
  • Sales and purchase payments
  • Expenses
  • Banking of cheques
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Credit Control
  • VAT returns
  • Ad-hoc reports
  • Cash flow reporting
  • Preparation of payroll
  • Direct debit processing
  • General Administration
  • Sage/Paypal Reconciliation
  • Any other task requested.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with 1 hour lunch.
Requirements: Must be proficient with SAGE line 50Must be able to use ExcelMinimum AAT level 3 qualified. Self motivated and have excellent numerical and administration skills.
