Basic Salary £16K to £25K dependent upon experience gained to date + 10% commission

Commercial Desk

Must have experience working in Recruitment in any white collar industry

This is a ground floor opportunity to work closely with the Director who has over 20 years recruitment experience

This is a 360% role

The role will involve calling existing clients form the database system to gain temporary, contract and permanent vacancies

Also obtaining new clients via phone calls from leads generated, cold calling new potential clients, mailshots etc

You will own the clients you deal with and taken over from the database existing ones and new clients bought in, so every single vacancy you place with them then you get paid commission

We currently deal with accountancy, training/education, sales, procurement, legal, customer services etc however we do not mind if already experienced in these fields or can look at other disciplines you are experienced in already

Sending CVs to clients and following up

Responding to emails

Advertising jobs on various job boards

Using LinkedIn, twitter etc

Conducting telephone and face to face interviews

Visiting potential clients

Searching database for suitable candidates for the vacancies obtained and contacting to discuss various roles

Arranging interviews

Obtaining candidate feedback after interview and negotiating placements with clients

Promotional prospects
